    When a programme includes an assessment or another completion criterion, your account follows the progress and shows when the stages are complete.

FINOVEX Learning Record

Each certificate whose holder has enabled public verification can be looked up by its code. The lookup confirms the programme and the issue date, without exposing personal information. No result may mean that public verification was not enabled; on its own, that does not prove the certificate does not exist.

How do I receive a certificate?

Complete an eligible programme and meet the requirements set out in it. After it is issued, the certificate is available in your FINOVEX account.

Where do I find my certificates?

In the certificates area of your FINOVEX account, with the details of the related programme.

Can I download the certificate?

Yes. Once it is available, you can open the PDF directly from your account.

How can someone else confirm authenticity?

When you enable public verification, the certificate code can be used to look up the record at FINOVEX Academy. The lookup shows the programme and the issue date.

Does my personal information become public?

No. The public lookup shows the programme and the issue date, without exposing the learner's personal information.

Does every course issue a certificate?

Each course publishes its own requirements and states when a certificate is part of it. Completing the lessons and the assessment, when one is required, is separate from having the document issued.

Why might a code return no result?

No result may mean that public verification was not enabled. On its own, that does not prove the certificate does not exist. Check the code with the holder.
